Welcome to the South Wales Sharks Flag Football Club
The Sharks were born after the Newport City Saints and South Wales Rebellion merged and both coaches felt it was only fair to both teams to start with a fresh name to give the players an identity they could both believe in.
Expectations are high for the Sharks in their first season as both teams were extremely succesful in 2007 and expect to build on that success in 2008.
The Sharks have also recieved a boost when BAE SYSTEMS stepped in and help sponsor the new jerseys , The new jerseys design can be viewed below.
Valley Boy Gets Wrong Shark Uniform
Lewis Gregory was so excited when he heard that the team was being renamed the sharks he decided to get his own Shark Uniform - DOH!!!!!!!
